Venus in Transit was originally created for the Ithaca Festival 2012, and was inspired by the theme of the festival, "Fingerlakes Luau".
It was also performed for the Community School of Music and Art (CSMA) "Arts for All Marathon", a fundraising event dedicated to keeping artist education programs accessible to people from all backgrounds.
